| 1.Q: How does REALCAMLESSONS.COMTM work ? |
1.A: You simply create your account, check the teachers availability, and then purchase your credits for the lesson(s) with a credit card. You may also contact the teacher by email or telephone prior to signing up for further questions and information. |

| 2.Q: Do I need a webcam? |
2.A: No, the student does not require a webcam, the student will still be able to see and hear the teacher. The site is integrated with text messaging so the student will also be able to communicate. However for music instruction it is highly recommended that the student use a webcam because it will allow the teacher to see and correct the student’s fingering during the lesson. To prevent echoing, it is also recommended that the student use a headset. |

| 3.Q: What type of internet connection do I need? |
3.A: For best results, the student will need to have high speed broadband/DSL or high speed cable to benefit from the real time streaming capabilities of the site. It is still possible to use the system with a slower connection , however the user may experience delays or choppy images. |

| 4.Q: Can I purchase more than 1 lesson at a time? |
| 4.A: You may purchase as many credits for lessons as you like. You can also benefit from the purchase of lesson packages that I offer at a discount. |

| 5.Q: What method of payment can I use? |
5.A: The methods of payment for the lessons are by credit card or via Pay Pal transaction. Checks may be considered at the teachers discretion however they would have to be cleared before the student may receive a lesson. |

| 6.Q: How long is each lesson? |
| 6.A: Lessons are 45 minutes each. |

| 7.Q: Can I cancel a lesson? |
7.A: You may cancel a lesson, and re-schedule, however I must be notified 24 hrs in advance. If you cancel without proper notification, you will lose that lesson and forfeit the fee associated with it.

| 8./b> How do I get written material? |
8. A: As a student , you will recieve learning material through the use of Guitar Pro 5 â, an advanced interactive guitar teaching software. This will enable you to interact with the material, (play along, read the tabulature, print out the material in pdf format and much more. All material will be uploaded to you through the site or sent as an email attachment.( Note*) You will not have to purchase this software.

| 9.Q: Can I record the lesson? |
9.A: : I will send you a video recording of the lesson after each session. You simply need a media player such as RealPlayer © etc. to view and play back the lessons. |

| 10.Q: How do I sign up? |
10.A: You
can sign up by simply creating a username and password from the sign up page. The student can then schedule a lesson. |

| 12.Q: I am under 13 yrs of age can I still take lessons? |
| 12.A: A student who is under 13 years of age must have parental consent before being eligible for a lesson. The parent must give a verbal or written consent to the teacher before any lessons are given. |

| 13.Q: How can I book a lesson? |
13.A: You simply click the ‘Book appointment/Cancel’ button inside your admin panel and a page with a calendar listing dates and time slots will appear. Here you will see what date/times that I am available and you can then enter the desired time slot for a session. Note* The booking calendar is in EST time zone only. If you are in a different time zone please make sure that you calculate the difference in time. Ex. If your time zone is PST , and you want to book a lesson at 7:00pm your time, you will choose a 10:00 pm time slot in the booking section. |
